After graduating from Colorado State University, Jenny began her career in healthcare as a sales and marketing executive within the highly competitive home health industry in the Denver Metro Market. She quickly discovered her passion for patient advocacy and her natural talent for building strong client relationships. Her competitive drive and keen attention to detail fueled exceptional sales growth, ultimately leading her to spearhead new market development. Under her leadership, Jenny successfully recruited, hired, and mentored top industry professionals, fostering a team dedicated to excellence.

After 17 successful years in healthcare, Jenny made the intentional decision to step back from her career to be fully present in raising her two daughters. This invaluable time also allowed her to assist her husband in developing and building their company around his patented water-soluble technology.

Now, as our Executive Assistant, Jenny brings her expertise in leadership, organization, and relationship management to ensure the seamless operation of the office. She plays a vital role in supporting the team, coordinating events, and optimizing efficiency across all aspects of the business. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for creating systems that drive success, Jenny is committed to elevating the team and enhancing the workplace experience.

Jenny lives on Flathead Lake with her family, where she embraces all things lake life, from boating and paddleboarding to enjoying Montana’s natural beauty.
