Jenna’s leadership journey began to take shape during her time at the University of California, Irvine, where she pursued a degree in Business Economics. Armed with her academic achievements, Jenna entered the world of banking, embarking on a 17 year-long career that allowed her to acquire a deep understanding of financial operations, risk management, and client relationship building.
Jenna’s ascendancy within the banking industry was marked by her consistent ability to transform teams into cohesive, high-performing units. Her innate talent for recognizing individual strengths and channeling them towards a shared goal became her hallmark. This ability was exemplified during her most recent role as VP/County Manager for a title company, where she oversaw a diverse team of professionals. Through her intentional approach to fostering collaboration, encouraging open communication, and promoting a culture of mutual respect, Jenna not only increased operational efficiency but also propelled the business to new heights.
